This Privacy Policy explains how KBazy (“we”, “us”), operated by WSDN, handles information when you use our AI Personality Platform.

Collected information

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Profile inputs you provide (for example name, birth date/time, location context used for personality engines)
• Session and technical data needed to run analysis (request metadata, error diagnostics)
• Optional feedback you submit (message content and optional contact email)
• Account identifiers if you sign in with an authentication provider

Authentication

Guest Mode does not require registration. If sign-in is enabled, we may receive basic identity information from the authentication provider (such as a unique account ID and email) solely to operate your account and related features.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for language preference and anonymous guest session continuity. We do not load advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels as part of the core product experience.

Analytics

We do not use third-party advertising analytics (such as Google Analytics or AdSense) in the core Open Beta experience. Operational logs may be used to keep the Service reliable and secure.

Payment processing

If you purchase digital features, payment is processed by our Merchant of Record / payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on KBazy servers. The payment provider processes billing details under its own privacy terms. We may receive purchase status, transaction identifiers, and contact details needed for support and fulfillment.

Deletion requests

You may request deletion of personal data associated with your use of the Service by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law (including GDPR rights where they apply). Guest session data kept only on your device can typically be cleared by clearing site data in your browser.
