These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of KBazy (the “Service”), an AI Personality Platform operated by WSDN. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Digital Service

KBazy is a digital software service that generates AI-powered personality insights using frameworks such as Bazi, Western Astrology, Tarot, and other personality systems. Access may be offered in free guest mode and, when available, paid digital features or reports delivered electronically.

AI Generated Content

All reports generated by KBazy are intended solely for entertainment and self-reflection.

Reports are AI-generated interpretations and should not be considered factual statements, guaranteed predictions, or professional advice.

Users remain solely responsible for decisions made based on any information provided by the service.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information you choose to submit (such as birth details for chart engines).
• Use the Service lawfully and in good faith.
• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Understand that insights are interpretive and for personal reflection only.

Digital Delivery

Paid features, when available, are digital goods. Access is delivered electronically through the Service after a successful purchase or subscription activation. No physical goods are shipped.

Subscriptions and Renewal

When Premium or other paid subscriptions are offered, they renew automatically at the then-current price for each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal timing and charge details are shown at checkout and in your billing records.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal or Merchant of Record tools provided at purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for, unless otherwise stated by the Merchant of Record.

Billing Responsibility

Payment processing, invoices, taxes, and card handling for paid plans are performed by our Merchant of Record (or other designated payment provider). KBazy does not store full payment card numbers. You are responsible for providing valid payment details and for charges incurred under your account until cancellation takes effect.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and, where applicable, the terms of our Merchant of Record.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise. Courts in Uzbekistan have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. WSDN and KBazy are not liable for decisions, outcomes, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
